Purpose: To ensure print formats meet e-invoice requirements.
SimBiz® provides a default print format that includes a QR Code as an indicator of MyInvois validation for submitted e-invoices as shown in the image below (given the example is a print format of a sales invoice):
The default print formats provided in the system are the tax and non-tax versions as shown in the image below:
If you require custom print formats that also support the QR Code, please:
Step 1. Submit a ticket to the helpdesk <https://simitgroup.freshdesk.com> requesting a customisation form.
Step 2. Provide details of your current print format requirements and upload the form back to the ticketing system for further processing.
